Development Comments:
Provide revised site plan clearly labeling the changes to the existing parking / paved areas.
Will there be any exterior changes to the building? If so, show and label on revised site plan.
Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on site plan with required screening.
Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any new signage must comply with Section 36-554 of the code (signs allowed in industrial area).
Provide hours/days of operation.
Provide information / statement regarding compliance with State / EPA requirements.
