This letter is a response to the email that was sent to discuss the condition and use permit for
there to be a mobile home allowed into the property located outside the city limits ,but within the
planning and commission, of Little Rock. The property is 4.22 Acres in total and the double wide
is 36' wide and 60' long. The double wide is in the rear end of the property where it is above the
flood boundary. The double wide will be used for living purposes and we are not planning to rent
this home.
