Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9670 Martinex Manufactured Home – Conditional Use Permit
Development Comments:
1. Is the proposed manufactured home and garage already on the property?
2. Show on a revised site plan:
a. Dimensions of structure – proposed home, porch, etc….
b. Dimensions for structure to all property lines. Structure must be located at least 25
feet from the rear (south) property line , or a variance must be requested.
3. There is sufficient parking shown on the site plan for the proposed residence.
