Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.

Development Comments:
1. Will existing parking area be expanded? If so, show on revised site plan.
2. Provide revised site plan showing parking plan / number of spaces on the site.
3. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on revised site plan with required screening.
4. Provide hours / days of operation.
5. Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs allowed in commercial zones).
