This was calculated by the off site parking ordinance using the Restaurant requirement of 1 parking space per 100SF. (building is 20,000 SF) 2.we will resubmit the site plan to reflect the new parking. 3. there will be at least one large dumpster on site. it would be located on the south end of the building so it is close to the kitchen for ease of use.
