Development Comments:
Will existing parking area be expanded? If so, show on revised site plan.
Provide revised site plan showing parking plan / number of spaces on the site.
Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on revised site plan with required screening.
Provide hours / days of operation.
Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs allowed in commercial zones).
