I followed up with a revised cover letter sent to mr. price after my first email. The cover letter included a statement regarding the lack of BOA at the clerks office. Was this follow
up email not received.
When we asked The people at the county clerks office, they appeared to not to have heard of a Bill of Assurance…? First we had to get past the hurdle of explaining that we are not
asking for a “bill of insurance” but in the end they still were 100% confident that the BOA is acquired at/from our insurance company.
I’ve reattached the coverletter, and please let me know if this is adequate.

Staff has completed review of your application and request the follow items below:
Please submit a Bill of Assurance (BOA) for this application. BOAs may be obtained at the PulCo Clerk’s Office. If they do not have a BOA for this site, provide a statement indicating
such. Secondly, please a cover letter for this application.
Provide the BOA and a cover letter no later than noon Friday, March 18, 2022 or the application may be deferred to the June 9, 2022 agenda.
