Markham Little Rock, AR 72201 RE: PZD Modification — Bowman Business Park 1515, 1519, 1523, 1527 S Bowman Little Rock, Arkansas Dear Mr. Thrower: Attached please find 2 copies of the Site Plan on the above referenced project. We are requesting a PZD modification of this site to allow automotive service facilities in the existing building (see attached site plan). One facility will be an auto -body repair shop and the other an auto -detail shop. Revised required parking, including these uses, would be 260 parking spaces. We currently provide 296 parking spaces on the site. All exterior parking of vehicles related to the automotive service uses will be in the rear of the buildings in the existing service areas.
