Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Bowman Business Park – Revised POD
1515 – 1527 S. Bowman Road
Development Comments:
Provide hours/days of operation for each business.
Provide number of employees for each business.
All work on vehicles for both businesses must take place within the enclosed buildings.
There is to be no salvaging of vehicles on the site.
No vehicles are to the stored on the site for over 30 days.
No storage / accumulation of parts will be allowed outside the buildings.
Any damaged vehicles awaiting repair must be parked behind the building within the service areas, and no tin the customer parking area.
Any new signage must comply with Section 26-553 (Signs allowed in office zones).
Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any new dumpster(s) must be shown on the site plan and screened as per ordinance requirements.
