#9 – we no longer have subdivision committee meetings. The comments provided by staff and applicants response to them has taken the place of the subdivision committee meeting.
#7 – Staff provided the Notice of Public Hearing for mail-outs to applicants in an email dated April 1, 2022. The email address provided to staff is tbadesignplanning@sbcglobal.net.

I have a couple of questions (regarding Instructions for Filing Short Form - PZD):
1. (#9) Is there a Subdivision meeting scheduled before the Planning Commission that is scheduled on May 12?
2. (#7) Do you have an example of "the Affidavit" required for the mail-outs?
