Torrence, thank you for your hard work. We will be submitting this Monday for a "Use Modification" to our existing PUD. I'm assuming we will use the "short-form" application. Also,

Ok, thanks. I’m halfway through the files sir and at this point the collision repair center/auto body repair not proposed or allowed therefore, I’m pretty confident the last two revisions
and the initial POD did not either but I want to be thorough. So for now it looks like the POD would have to be revised to include your client’s proposed use.

I have been in contact with Marchese regarding the proposed use of an auto body shop since last Friday, during our conversation yesterday, I told him staff would review the files on
the POD to see what uses were allowed/approved, revised to include additional uses and I would follow up with him in the next day or so.
I have pulled the files should complete the review within the next hour, there are five (5) files regarding this POD.
I’ll follow up with you as soon as the analysis is complete.

Hi Monte and Torrence,
We have a use question on 1515 S bowman, Bowman Business Park. This was a PUD we did years ago. We set this up as a office.showroom.warehouse, but have over time added additional uses.
The owner currently has a client that wants to place an auto body shop in one of the suites. Can you let me know if this is okay to move forward with or is this something that staff
can approve, etc.?
