There is not a Bill of Assurance on the property 2.) The project was built in 1994. There is no current survey available. See attached legal description. For the past PZD modifications since we were not adding to the existing structures or modifying the site plan and only requesting a "use modification", staff did not require a survey, just the legal description. Due to the time frame and potential tenants schedule, we are requesting this consideration for this Use Modification Application. BOAs may be obtained at the PulCo Clerk’s Office. If they do not have a BOA for this site, provide a statement indicating such. Secondly, please provide a survey for this project. Provide the BOA and survey no later than noon Friday, March 18, 2022 or the application may be deferred to the June 9, 2022 agenda.
