5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
1 I Z-4468-A: DESCRIBED AS LOT 7, OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE NW '/, OF
12 THE NE '/4, SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP I NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, PULASKI
13 COUNTY, ARKANSAS, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE
14 EAST 208.55 FEET THEREOF, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING
15 AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
16 NORTHEAST QUARTER; THENCE SOUTH 01°3.5'16" WEST ALONG THE
17 EAST LINE THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 15.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE
18 SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF KANIS ROAD, SAID POINT ALSO BEING

31 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
32 and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
33 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, itern, sentence, clause, phrase, or
34 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or

adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
