There are on average over 35,000 cars daily that pass in front of our house. We have a private drive directly off of (& accessible to) Cantrell. Once pulled onto the property the circle drive and driveway accommodates 15+ vehicles. Although directly in the middle of town, the property encompasses 8.95 acres and is extremely private and serene. Our residence is an old sprawling country estate of 3,956 sq/ft and has 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths and 7 beds. Convenient to all major highways, River bike/nature trails, and medical facilities it is an ideal location for a short term rental. The Survey will be finished and submitted Wednesday, February 16th, but no later than February 17th. I apologize for the delay but the surveyors I called were very backdated and then the ice moved the appointment back even further. Please allow our application to meet the deadline with the survey coming this week. We are looking to keep at least an 80% occupancy rate. It will generate income for us as well as tax revenue for our city. Additionally it will create demand for vendor jobs to help with the upkeep of the rental via housekeeping, pool and lawn services. The needs of our community are not being met by the very low number of short term rentals in our area that can host bigger families and friend groups.
