1. Submit current survey of property.
2. Will the entire home be rented as a single unit, or will individual bedrooms be rented separately?
3. On-site parking is sufficient to serve the existing proposed use.
4. What will be the maximum length of stay allowed?
5. Will there be a maximum number of guests allowed?
6. Residence will not be allowed to be rented for events, parties, etc.….
