Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be

Development Comments:
1. Provide cover letter completely explaining the proposed project / use of the property.
2. Provide filing fee of $205.00.
3. Provide hours / days for operation.
4. Provide number of employees.
5. Provide revised site plan shoeing following:
a. Any changes to the existing building or ne building (s) .
b. Area for outdoor vehicle display.
c. Parking for existing trailer (staff suggests behind the building).
d. Existing / proposed signage.
6. Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
