Provide cover letter completely explaining the proposed project / use of the property.
Provide filing fee of $205.00.
Provide hours / days for operation.
Provide number of employees.
Provide revised site plan shoeing following:
Any changes to the existing building or ne building (s) .
Area for outdoor vehicle display.
Parking for existing trailer (staff suggests behind the building).
Existing / proposed signage.
Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
