Roosevelt Road Dear Mr. Moore: This letter and the attached documents serve as a request on behalf of the owner, the Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport, for approval of the application for the following: • Site Plan Review of proposed hotel and travel plaza • Conditional Use Permit for construction of a hotel on zoned I-2 lots The property is located on the northeast intersection of E. Roosevelt Road and David Grundfest Jr. Drive. The hotel and travel plaza are to be installed within the land bounded by E. Roosevelt Road, David Grundfest Jr. Drive, and Old Grundfest Drive. Stormwater detention is to be installed west of David Grundfest Jr. Drive. Water is to be supplied by Central Arkansas Water. Wastewater disposal is to be provided by the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Electrical service is to be provided by Entergy. The date of the latest survey is April 18, 2022. The property is zoned I-2. As evidence, please find the attached Bagley Maps 62-41S and 62-39S that shows portions of the property unplatted and labeled “ADAMS FIELD LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT”. Map 62-40S does not exist because nothing is platted within that map grid. As additional evidence are Pulaski County property data sheets listing with the legal descriptions of the property “UNPLATTED PT” in reference to the property. The property is served by all necessary utilities including water, wastewater, gas, electrical and telephone services.
