1. Children under the age of 30 Months of age are not allowed in rooms without a direct exit
outside with a 5'x5' level landing just outside the door with no step down to the landing.
2. Emergency egress lighting and exit signage at designated locations.
3. TR (Tamper Resistant) receptacles throughout at every location children may be present.
4. Compliant Door Hardware for exterior doors. No deadbolts allowed. Panic hardware at all exit
doors.
5. Fire Extinguishers at a travel distance not to exceed 75', mounted 48" to the top of the
extinguisher from the floor.
6. Separation of mechanical closets up to the deck.
7. Subcontractors for this project are required to be licensed by the State of Arkansas and with the
City of Little Rock and have a bond with the City of Little Rock on file. Includes mechanical,
plumbing and electrical.
8. Children are not allowed to go beyond the area discussed into different area's of the church.
9. Exit doors are required to be clear of all debris.
10. Electric Panel to have clearance and blanks placed in open spaces.
