Development Staff Comments:
Provide information on the area of the building to be used for the daycare use.
Will the church use remain in the building?
Provide filing fee of $225.00.
Provide copy of the Bill of Assurance for the property. If one does not exist, provide a note to that effect.
Provide days/hours of operation.
Provide number of employees.
Required parking is one (1) space per employee, one (1) space per daycare vehicle and one (1) space per each ten (10) children.
Any additional signage on the site must comply with Section 36-553 of the code (signs allowed in office zones).
