LU2022-14-01 is four changes shown below: Light Industrial (LI) to Residential Medium Density (RM); Doyle Springs Road at Rosswood Commercial (C) to Mixed Use (MX); south side of Baseline Road, east of Reck Suburban Office (SO) to Mixed Use (MX); south of Baseline Road, east of the change area above 2 Commercial (C) & Residential Medium (RM) to Mixed Use (MX); west of Scott Hamilton either side of Christen On May 12 , 2022 at 4 P.M. the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend the land use plan from Residential Low Density (RL) to Suburban Office (SO). The Planning Commission hearing will be held at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12 th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM. There will be a WebEx option to attend. (Approximately one (1) week prior to the public hearing, a link to the WebEx meeting will be placed with the current Planning Commission Agenda on the City's website at www.littlerock.gov. To attend the public hearing via WebEx you must click on the link the day of the meeting.) Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments prior to the meeting.
