HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd. for LU2022-14-01 [Page 1 of 2] ORDINANCE NO. ____________ 1 2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3 THE GEYER SPRINGS EAST PLANNING DISTRICT 4 (LU2022-14-01), SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 30, BETWEEN 5 SCOTT HAMILTON DRIVE AND DOYLE SPRINGS ROAD 6 FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI), COMMERCIAL (C), 7 SUBURBAN OFFICE (SO), AND RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM 8 DENSITY (RM) TO RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY 9 (RM) AND MIXED USE (MX), AND FOR OTHER 10 PURPOSES. 11 12 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 13 Plan Map and now recommends it for adoption. 14 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 16 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 17 18 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended northeast of the Doyle Springs 19 Road and Rosswood Drive intersection from Light Industrial (LI) to Residential 20 Medium Density (RM) as shown on the attached graphic. 21 22 Section 2. The Land Use Plan Map is amended southeast of the Baseline Road 23 and Reck Road intersection from Commercial (C) to Mixed Use (MX) as shown on the 24 attached graphic. 25 26 Section 3. The Land Use Plan Map is amended south of Baseline Road and 27 west of Baseline Elementary School from Suburban Office (SO) to Mixed Use (MX) 28 as shown on the attached graphic. 29 30 31 [Page 2 of 2] Section 4. The Land Use Plan Map is amended northwest of the Scott Hamilton 1 Drive – Christen Drive intersection from Commercial (C) and Residential Medium 2 Density (RM) to Mixed Use (MX) as shown on the attached graphic. 3 4 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 5 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 6 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 7 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 8 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 9 ordinance. 10 11 Section 6. Repealer.
