3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JULY 12, 2022 AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON THE PORTION OF
5 REICHARDT STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN EAST 8th AND 9TH
6 STREETS, THE PORTION OF FLETCHER STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
7 BETWEEN EAST 7TH AND EAST 8TH STREETS AND A PORTION OF
8 THE ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN BLOCK 5, MCLEAN'S
9 ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (G-23-485);
10 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
13 abandon the portion of Reichardt Street right-of-way between East 8th and East 94 Streets, the portion of
14 Fletcher Street right-of-way between East Th and East 8`h Streets and a portion of the alley right-of-way
15 within Block 5,McLean's Addition;
16 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned rights-of-way shall be held
19 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Centre at University Park,6401 West
20 12th Street,Little Rock,Arkansas at six o'clock on July 12,2022.
21 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
22 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
23 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
24 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
25 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
26 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
27 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
28 resolution.
29 Section 4. Repealer.All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
30 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
