Attached is the signed COC for 1107 Cumberland. Glad we are able to do this as a staff level approval so you can
continue your work!
@Fimpel, Paul E., there is currently a stop order for this property, and I believe this approved COC will cover it. I think
Mr. McCalman was the one to issue to stop work order but I don’t know his email address yet. Would you mind relaying
this to him? The property owner will be pursuing a roofing permit when they are ready to address it, but the current
soffit and stucco work I don’t believe require a permit, is this correct?

Jill,
I’m reading over your application, and I didn’t realize that you were doing more work to the exterior
than the soffit. We’ll need to include information about the repairs to the roof and stucco. Are you
making repairs to specific places or are you completely re-roofing? Same question for the stucco.
Equally, what are “any other necessary repairs”? This could all (except the soffit) fall under “ordinary
maintenance”, but I want to double check so that we can include it in the COC and you won’t have to
come back to me when you do your building permit.
