Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Wood Soffit and Fascia Repair
a) Remove vinyl soffit and fascia pieces and replace with wood boards of same dimension, shape
and profile as original.
b) Caulk, prime, and paint.
2) Stucco Repair (Repairs to portions of the structure that caused the stucco to fail are to be
completed before stucco is repaired as partially stated above.)
a) All finished stucco to have a texture to match the bulk of the building.
b) Small cracks may be sealed with a thin slurry coat consisting of the finish coat ingredients being
mindful of the texture finish to match building. Commercially available caulking compounds are
not suitable materials for patching hairline cracks.
c) On holes in stucco, remove all loose stucco, inspect and repair if necessary wood or metal
lathe, apply three layers of stucco with finish texture to match.
d) Remove previous patch jobs of stucco and replace to match texture of building.
e) Caulk around wood trim, prime, and paint.
3) Cleaning of Building
a) Clean exterior of building using mild soap and low pressure to remove mildew and dirt from
exterior of building.
4) Roofing
a) Remove multiple layers of asphalt roofing and/or additional layers of roofing materials.
b) Repair decking with boards of same thickness, (plywood, chipboard, or 1x6 boards for decking.)
c) Drip edge may be installed. Paint exposed edge to match fascia.
d) Gutters may be removed and replaced if necessary for roof installation.
e) No changes will be made to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys.
f) Reroof with architectural shingles.
