The rear structure, as you stated, is not historically significant and, for this reason, the demolition can be a staff level approval. I’ll include the fencing work in the same COC document but need some clarification first. Thanks for clarifying about the property sketch. I will write up a COC, Certificate of Compliance, and send it to you to review and then I’ll sign it and send it back. You’ll need to apply for a permit for the demolition and the fencing.
