Good morning John,
I’ve received your application for the demolition of the ancillary structure and the replacement of rear yard fencing for
1004 Commerce. The rear structure, as you stated, is not historically significant and, for this reason, the demolition can
be a staff level approval. I will write up a COC and send it to you to review and then I’ll sign it and send it back. You’ll
need to apply for a permit for the demolition and the fencing. Please include the COC document in your online permit
application.
I’ll include the fencing work in the same COC document but need some clarification first. In the site plan that you
provided for fencing, are the arrowing pointing to the work you’ve already done or the full scope of the fencing that will
be replaced once the project is complete? Will you be replacing or building fencing along the chain link line or the
fencing in front of the driveway?
Thanks,
Hannah Ratzlaff
