HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinacne draft [Page 1 of 2] ORDINANCE NO. ____________ 1 2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3 THE WEST FOURCHE PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2022-22-4 01), LOCATED AT 19300 LAWSON ROAD FROM 5 RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY (RL) TO COMMERCIAL 6 (C), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 9 Plan Map and now recommends it for adoption. 10 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 12 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 13 14 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended at 19300 Lawson Road from 15 Residential Low Density (RL) to Commercial (C) as shown on the attached graphic. 16 17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 18 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 19 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 20 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 21 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 22 ordinance. 23 24 Section 3. Repealer.
