3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
1 1 Z-9669: DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 15,T-1-N,R-14-W,
1 2 PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS,DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING
13 AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SE 1/4, SECTION 15; THENCE
14 N85°20'20"W—322.14'TO A POINT ON THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF
15 LAWSON ROAD; SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
16 THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF
17 LAWSON ROAD N87°23'07"W — 322.80'; THENCE NO3°54'07"E — 196.38';
18 THENCE S87°33'28"E — 32.10'; THENCE NO2°02'33" — 103. 77'; THENCE
19 S85°18'29"E —306.88'; THENCE SO4°59'19"W — 288.98', BACK TO THE POINT
20 OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.139 ACRES, MORE OR LESS: FROM R-2,
21 SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT, TO C-3, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT,
22 (19300 LAWSON ROAD).
23 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
24 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
25 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
26 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
30 ordinance.
31 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
