Rezoning Application
Hello,
This cover letter is to explain the rationale for my zoning application. I would like
to use the property at 2812 W. 7tn Street for residential rental use with a
minimum stay that is less than 14 days. This is typically referred to as Short Term
Rental.
The online booking platform I will use is AirBnB. I will maintain home owners
insurance with an additional rider for short term rental use. I will also use exterior
video recording and sound monitoring technology to document and prevent the
misuse of the property.
No changes to the exterior of the property will be made from its current layout.
Access to the property is via a driveway on 7t" street and via the alley in back of
the property. There is adequate paved parking for more than 5 cars on the
property.
