RE: Rezoning — Part of Tracts 4A, 4B and 9 — Chenal Valley, Little Rock
Mr. Thrower,
Please find attached the Rezoning Map for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for next Planning Commission meeting.
These tracts are located North of Rahling Road and West of Founders Drive. They were zoned
C-3 in 2015 for a proposed project that did not come to fruition and has since been abandoned.
This action will restore the pre 2015 zoning of the property and will match our current
development plan.
Please let us know the amount of the application/review fee.
