Development Comments:
1. Maximum building height proposed is 50 feet. Provide building elevations.
2. Parking provided should be sufficient to serve the project.
3. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
4. Dumpster area must be screened as per Section 36-253 of the zoning code.
5. Any signage on the site must comply with Section 36-555 ( signs allowed in commercial zones).
