Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9641 (14616 Baseline Road – SOTO – PCD)
Development Comments:
1. Provide cover letter describing the proposed development, including proposed use(s) for the
site. If the proposed use is multi-tenant office/warehouse, provide building area for office and
building area for warehouse.
2. Minimum required parking will be calculated based on the proposed use(s).
3. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show/label on the site plan with required
screening.
4. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
5. Provide signage plan. Staff suggests any signage comply with Section 36-553 of the zoning
ordinance (all signs permitted in office zones).
6. Provide building height/elevations.
