We are herewith submitting a petition for abandonment of public right-of-way between Sequin Street
and Palez Street (Both Unopened) 140' west of Atkins Street. The owners of lots on both sides of the
alley are in agreement with closing this alley. We have included in this packet, the appropriate
completed city forms, approvals from utilities and a drawing of the area.
