RE: Watershed Pointe North — Preliminary Plat
Mr. Price,
Attached is the above captioned Preliminary Plat, please place the on the docket for the next
available Planning Commission meeting.
Watershed North Pointe Cove is currently used and maintained by the Little Rock Water
Reclamation Authority to access the Little Maumelle treatment plant.
The Authority and the Developer have agreed to cooperate on the dedication of the existing
street to the City, platting the lots as shown u-ithout further improvement to the existing street
and revising the existing Conditional Use Permit to allow sludge from the sewer treatment
process to be hauled away from the plant using the street maintained by the City of Little Rock.
The Developer will widen the street at proposed fire hydrants to comply with the Arkansas State
Fire Code.
The individual residences will be served by sewage grinder pumps maintained by the POA. The
individual grinders will discharge into a small diameter sewer force main to be dedicated to, and
maintained by LRWRA.
