Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to tthrower@littlerock.gov for review. RE: S-1884-A (Approx. 1 mi. north of the Cantrell Rd/The Divide Parkway Intersection – Watershed Point North – Preliminary Plat) Development Staff Comments: 1. Show the following on a revised preliminary plat: a) Storm drainage analysis (date to be provided for all watercourses entering and leaving the plat boundary). b) Preliminary storm drainage plan (typical ditch section required to be shown). c) Zoning of all abutting properties. d) City limits line along the north and west property lines. e) Label “Certificate of Preliminary Surveying Accuracy.” 2. Will all of the lots be final platted in one (1) phase? 3. Provide copy of draft Bill of Assurance. 4. Correct east side lot dimensions for Lot 16. 5. Request lot width to depth ratio variance for Lots 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 16. 6. Submit filing fee of $650.00.
