CAW does not anticipate any future installation of a water line or other water facilities in said alley. CAW does not object to the abandonment of said alley and does not require reservation of any easement along or through said alley. Please be advised that CAW does have an existing, in-service potable water line extending east/west along the former right of way of East 8th Street between Calhoun Street and Apperson Street. CAW does have two existing, in-service potable water lines extending east/west along the existing right of way of East 9th Street between Calhoun Street and Apperson Street. CAW does have an existing, in-service potable water line extending north/south along the existing right of way of Calhoun Street between East 8th Street and East 9th Street. CAW does have an existing, in-service potable water line extending north/south along the existing right of way of Apperson Street between East 8th Street and East 9th Street. However, Summit Utilities does have active facilities within the street ROW. CNP recommends calling Arkansas One Call at 811 or by visiting arkonecall.com to have all utilities located and marked prior to construction or excavation.
