Dear Mr. Rike:
The alley in Block 3, Fairgrounds Addition was dedicated to the Public in the Plat and Bill of
Assurance of Fairgrounds Addition filed of record December 13, 1917 in Plat Book 2, Pages 14
and 15, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The Plat and Bill of Assurance does not contain a
reversionary rights clause and a search of the records did not disclose any reversionary rights
after the filing of the plat.
