The garden is to be installed on Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Block 3, Fair Ground Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, together with that part of the Alley, lying within the bounds of Block 3. Water is to be supplied by Central Arkansas Water. Wastewater disposal is to be provided by the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Electrical service is to be provided by Entergy. The date of the latest survey is February 4, 2022. The property is zoned R-3. The property is served by all necessary utilities including water, wastewater, gas, electrical and telephone services.
