We are formally requesting a conditional use permit for a 1.64 acre parcel located near 6800 Chenonceau
Blvd, Little Rock, AR 72223. The current zoning is 0-1. This development will be requesting Conditional
uses. k. Multifamily dwellings (per R-5 district). The adjacent development, Parkland Heights, would like to
add more luxury townhomes to the current development.
