RE: Z-2922-A JBE Contractors, Inc, Duplex- Conditional Use Permit 2101 Fair Park Blvd. Development Comments: 1. A duplex requires at least three (3) off-street parking spaces. Three sufficient spaces on the property to park three (3) vehicles. 2. Both duplex units will be rented? 3. The proposed cover to the front porch area complies with setback requirements. 4. Any new fencing must comply with ordinance standards.
