1. A duplex requires at least three (3) off-street parking spaces. Three sufficient spaces on the property
to park three (3) vehicles. 2. Both duplex units will be rented? 3. The proposed cover to the front porch
area complies with setback requirements. 4. Any new fencing must comply with ordinance standards.

1. We will have at least three off-street parking spaces in the back of the building
2. Also will have three sufficient parking for three vehicles
3. both duplexes will be rented
4. Proposed cover porch complies with setback requirements
5. Property is currently fenced
