Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than March 30, 2022, to all owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of subject property. Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, April 1, 2022: 1. Proof of notification (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form). 2. Copy of Abstract List (Certified by Title/Abstract Co.) 3. Certified mail receipts (Filled out - small green and white receipts reflecting the postmark date stamp).
