The list of landowners must be certified and come from a title company. The ownership search
previously submitted does not satisfy the ordinance requirement.

Good Afternoon Applicants,
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing form for the April 14, 2022 Planning Commission
Meeting.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than March 30, 2022, to all owners of lands lying
within 200 feet of the boundary of subject property.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, April 1,
2022:
1. Proof of notification (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form).
2. Copy of Abstract List (Certified by Title/Abstract Co.)
3. Certified mail receipts (Filled out - small green and white receipts reflecting the
postmark date stamp).
