3 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO LASITER
4 CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR DELRAY DR (WATT W. TO END)
5 STREET CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of De1Ray Dr (Watt
8 W. to End), Bid No.05 -293, and
9 WHEREAS, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid in
10 the amount $178,744.50 ($162,495.00 plus 10% contingencies);
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
14 Lasiter Construction, Inc. for the De1Ray Drive Street Construction Project (Watt W. to
15 End), under Bid No.05 -293.
16 Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds for the De1Ray Drive Street Construction Project
17 (Watt W. to End) are available in Account No. 314 - 220 -SR13 in the amount of
18 $178,744.50 ($162,495.00 plus 10% contingencies).
19 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
20 of its adoption.
