That's correct. You can leave the application as is for the notice and I will process the gutter portion as a COC. Please see
attached letter confirming the public hearing date and time for your application.

Ok, it looks like we’re back to just getting Commission approval for the picket fence. To this end would it be okay to
leave the gutter portion of the application in place on the application and notices?
I would like to go ahead and get the COC for the gutters.
As for the existing fence we are not prepared to address the existing fence height at this time.
