before the Historic District Commission on March 3rd, 2022. The hearing will be held
virtually via WebEx and will begin at 4:00 p.m. An invitation will be sent to the email
address listed on your application one week before the meeting. Your application will be
item Three on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in order for the item to
be heard. Your filing fee has been received and paid in full.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC2022-005” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
