Materials List for 624 Rock Street
Carpentry repairs to two-story porch and fascia/soffit:
Lumber will be repaired where practical. Any replacement will be wood chosen and/or milled to
match current materials in size and appearance.
Brick repairs:
Repointing materials including appropriate lime-based mortar to match original mortar in type
and color. We don’t believe any bricks are actually missing, but if any must be replaced they will
be chosen to match existing brickwork in kind.
Roof repair for upper floor porch floor:
Mofidied-bituman roofing system either flame on or self-adhesive to match existing porch.
