But the Land Use to the west is Neighborhood Commercial and zoned C-3, General Commercial. There is no Commercial use in the immediate area. Would you be okay amending your request to Neighborhood Commercial (NC). (I.E. change from Suburban Office (SO) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) for the Land Use Plan Map change.
