3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
4 IN THE ELLIS MOUNTAIN PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2022-18-02),
5 LOCATED NORTH OF 15520 LAWSON ROAD, FROM RESIDENTIAL
6 LOW DENSITY(RL) TO MINING (M); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan Map and now
9 recommends adoption of the amended application.
10 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
I 1 OF LITTLE ROCK:
12 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended north of 15520 Lawson Road from Residential Low
13 Density(RL)to Mining(M)as shown on the attached graphic.
14 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
15 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
16 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
17 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
18 ordinance.
19 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
20 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
