Little rock, AR 72202 include: 1. Replace irrepairable windows with "VINYL WINDOWS" that are equel in appearance to wood, but more energy efficient and longer lasting. 2. Eliminate shutters that were not part of Original Building. Paint exterior of building with a color that will be compatable with the area. 4. Construction of parking area 46;ft. X 60 ft. for eight (8) vehicles behind Apt. Building. 5. Minimum landscaping in parking area to accomadate parking spaces. 6. Plot Plan and colored photos are also respectfully submitted. 7.
